Automatic Rail Lubrication System

Automatické kolejové mazací zařízení INT S12 je specifická sada technických komponentů určená pro mazání kolejových oblouků, sestavena z elektrotechnické a hydraulické části.

Futher informations

The INT S12 photovoltaic lubrication device applies INTLUBE ECO biodegradable lubricant to the rails according to a preset time cycle. The entire system is monitored by specially developed software with a map of the city via GPRS.

The INT S12 system significantly reduces the coefficient of friction between the wheel and the rail, thereby reducing wear on the track and vehicle undercarriage The device also reduces the noise generated at the point of contact between the wheel and the rail when a tram or train passes.

Key features:

  • Energy independence
  • Fully photovoltaic power supply system with backup battery
  • Remote monitoring of individual stations with web interface
  • Monitoring of lubricant quantity and service interventions in the device
  • Remote station deactivation, setting of lubricant dose cycles from a central center, smartphone, or tablet
  • Communication with central management via GPRS network

INTLUBE ECO

The non-toxic, biodegradable INTLUBE ECO plastic lubricant based on refined vegetable oils is 90% biodegradable. It is suitable for lubricating contact surfaces in rail transport, rolling bearings, sliding bearings in the automotive industry, mobile mechanisms and machines, wheel hub bearings, electric motors, and more.

Monitoring application

  • Web platform accessible from anywhere in the world.
  • For desktop PCs, Android, and Apple OS.
  • Display of individual stations on a city map with real-time monitoring of status and alerts when service is required.
  • Easy remote deactivation of stations from the context menu that appears when selecting a lubrication unit on the map.
  • Administrator/user mode with the option to set maintenance permissions for individual users.
  • Reports, analyses of lubricant consumption and service frequency for individual stations. Data is archived on the server for later processing.
